"Try God at His Word. He will not fail you!"

"Psalm 34:8:

"Oh taste and see that the Lord is good. Blessed is the man that trust in Him! "

This morning, y'all...if I could physically jump in the air and click my heels together, I would! Just reading the Word of God is enough to make you shout. But you will only shout IF YOU BELIEVE what God says in His word.

When I go out to eat, I struggle because I'm afraid to choose something different. My fear is that it will not taste the way that I want it to taste. So, I keep things simple...I look at the menu with the intentions of choosing something different, but for some reason, I always pick the same old dish! (Am I the only one who do that???)

Psalm 34:8 says, "Oh taste and see that the Lord is good." That means when you put your trust in God, He will not fail you. Why? Because God NEVER change! He is Who He is. God told Moses, "I AM WHO I AM." He is good, gracious, kind, loving, compassionate, long suffering, understanding, patient. He is all of that and a bag of chips!

When you put your trust in God; even when you are not good, God is STILL GOOD! His response to us is not based on what we do or don't do. But He responds to us based on His goodness towards us.

So, when you put your trust in God, you can bet your bottom dollar that it will be worth the risk. The Word says, "Blessed is the man who put their trust in Him."

So, try God at His word today. He will not fail you!
