"The Lord will fight for you, you need only to be still." (Exodus 14:14)

Our 3rd Be Attitude is Be Still.

Moses and the children of Israel found themselves trapped between Pharoah's army and the Red Sea as they escaped from the bondage of Egyptian slavery. Fear overtook them when they saw the Red Sea in front of them and Pharaoh's army behind them.

It's amazing how things can go well in your life. You feel like the blessings of God are showering down on you. Then in the blink of an eye, the devil is riding your back like a professional bull rider.

When Moses and the children of Israel thought their situation was hopeless, they became fearful. That's exactly what happens to us when we focus on the circumstances instead of trusting in the God who control the circumstances. God told them..."the Lord will fight for you; you just need to be still." Be Still means stop letting your emotions get out of control when things look hopeless. Be Still means stop trying to operate in the flesh when you are faced with a spiritual situation. Be Still means shut your mouth, sit down, and watch God fight your battle for you.

I challenge you today to write down those things that have you entangled in a web of emotions. Pray over it and lay it on the altar of God. Don't enter into another day with emotional junk in your trunk! Release it to God and don't look back. The bible says, "we walk by faith and not by sight." If you desire to be better in 2024, you MUST let go of the JUNK that is embedded in your spirit! Rebuke the schemes and attacks of the enemy. You are stronger, in the name of Jesus. You are MORE than a conqueror in Christ Jesus. Tell yourself "My latter days are GREATER than my past days."(Job 8:7 English Standard Version)

Be Still, my Sisters..Be Still.
